What are the differences between static balancing valve and dynamic balancing valve?
The working principle of dynamic balancing valve: By changing the flow area of the spool of balancing valve to adapt to the changes before and after the valve, so as to achieve the purpose of flow control.
What are the Characteristics of the Balancing Valve?
The working principle of the static balance valve is to change the flow resistance through the valve by changing the clearance (opening) between the valve core and the seat to achieve the purpose of regulating the flow. The object of the static balance valve is the resistance of the system, which can balance the distribution of the new water according to the proportion calculated by the design, increase and decrease the branches at the same time according to the proportion, and still meet the flow demand of part of the load under the current climate needs. It plays the role of heat balance.
Both static and dynamic balancing valves are impedance components, especially dynamic balancing valves. It is required that the additional head caused by the balancing valves should be taken into account when selecting and distributing pumps.
The difference is that the static balance valve (also known as digital lock balance valve) needs to be locked after one-time debugging through a dedicated intelligent instrument. The total water volume of the system is controlled within a reasonable range, but every change needs to be re-locked through the instrument. The dynamic is self-reliant, so it is not so troublesome. The pressure change of the medium in the pipeline network is used for automatic constant flow, while the static one is slightly cheaper in engineering cost.
